- Matches are played in accordance with the rules of the KNVB.
- Check in with the tournament secretariat just at arrival. Player’s lists (including player’s numbers) to be handed over to the tournament committee.
- The tournament is meant for player below 12 (born in or after 1999).
- All matches last 20 minutes.
- Teams need to be ready alongside the playing field 5 minutes before every match.
- The team playing a home match defends the goal marked with tape, the other team kicks off.
- The visiting team will have to change to a reserve outfit, if required by the referee.
- Players excluded from a match by the referee will be excluded for the complete contest.
- Teams not showing up or showing up too late loose a match with 3-0.
- In case of an equal number of points the balance in goals is decisive. In case of an equal balance in goals the number of goals scored will be decisive (e.g. 3-1 is better than 2-0).
- If matches for position 3 to 16, cross-finals and finals end up in a draw, a series of 3 penalties will be decisive.
- Teams have to take care of their own linesmen. This rule is not applicable to the matches for the 3rd - 8th position and the final.
- TVC28 can not be held responsible for damage to or loss of your personal properties or injuries.
- Protests will not be subject to discussion.
- All matters not covered by these regulations will be solved by the tournament committee.
