Team support

Each team is assigned a guide who will accompany and instruct you during the day. In case of any questions and/or problems we ask you to contact your guide.                                         

Secretariat of the tournament

The secretariat is responsible for running the competition as scheduled and is situated in the club house.

First Aid

A First Aid service is set up in the club house.

Arbitration

KNVB Talent group and referees clubs municipality Tubbergen. A special room is arranged in the club house for the referees.

Changing rooms

Changing rooms are arranged in the club house. Your guide will escort you to your dressing room.

Lunch

Teams and referees will have a joint lunch in the tent near the clubhouse between 12.30 and 13.30 hr. Table assignments are made and indicated by nameplates on the tables.

Team pictures

Team pictures are made throughout the tournament. You will be instructed by your guide.

Guest families

Due to the distance of travelling a couple of clubs will arrive in Tubbergen the day before the tournament. These participants will be offered an overnight stay at guest families. In front of this (parents of) all D-junior players of TVC’28 and the team of the community Tubbergen will be approached. Players have to be accommodated preferably (at least) with two persons per guest family.
